Boxing
ABA-standard boxing coaching for juniors (ages 8+) and adults. Build technique, fitness and ring confidence.
Kickboxing & K1
Full-contact kickboxing and K1 classes with leg kicks, knee strikes and Dutch-style combinations.
Ladies Only
Women-only kickboxing in a supportive, empowering environment. All fitness levels welcome.
Kids Classes
Juniors (7–11) and Cadets (11–15) classes focused on discipline, confidence and fitness.
Little Stars
Our Saturday class for ages 4–6. Fun, structured and the perfect introduction to martial arts.
Personal Training
1-to-1 sessions with champion coaches. Tailored to your goals — weight loss, fitness, or competition prep.

Star Kickboxing & Boxing Club has been at the heart of Gravesend's martial arts community since 2005. Founded by Paul and Leigh Haworth, we've produced sixteen World Champions across kickboxing, K1, and boxing.
